Clear communication has always been an important part of how I work. My experience as a freelancer taught me how to build trust with clients through transparency, responsiveness, and setting clear expectations. As my career grew into more collaborative roles, those same skills helped me work effectively across teams and eventually lead creative projects. Whether I'm working with clients, stakeholders, or teammates, I believe good communication is what keeps projects moving and helps turn ideas into successful outcomes.
Curiosity is a big part of how I approach creative work. I believe the best ideas come from asking thoughtful questions, listening carefully, and taking the time to understand the people, products, and challenges behind a project. That mindset helps me look beyond the obvious solution, stay adaptable in a constantly evolving field, and continue learning with every project I take on.

Empathy is at the heart of the work I do. Every design decision has an impact on the people using it, so I believe it's important to consider their perspective throughout the creative process. By keeping the end user at the center of my work, I strive to create experiences that feel natural, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable to use.

One communication framework I try to bring into every project is Listen, Relate, Meet. Whether I'm collaborating with clients, stakeholders, or teammates, I believe the best ideas come from making sure everyone feels heard and understood before moving toward a solution.
Listen by giving people the space to fully explain their ideas, goals, and challenges without rushing to respond.
Relate by taking the time to understand their perspective. Acknowledging someone's point of view builds trust and creates a stronger foundation for collaboration.
Meet by working together to find a solution that supports the project's goals while respecting the needs and ideas of everyone involved.
For me, this approach creates stronger relationships, encourages open communication, and leads to better creative work. The best solutions rarely come from one person's perspective, they come from collaboration.
Double Diamond
I have found the best method when creating a successful project is by implementing the double diamond design sprint. From brain storming all solutions that could solve the issue, weeding out what doesn't work, forming the design, testing with users, and reassessing. You can harden down on a well polished design.
